  • You can disconnect your Strava account at any time
  • We comply with Strava's Brand Guidelines and API usage requirements

By using our Strava integration, you acknowledge that Strava data is subject to Strava's own terms and privacy policy.

  • Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

Always consult with healthcare professionals before making significant changes to your training regimen, especially if you have health concerns or injuries.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by RunCoach and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use our trademarks or branding without permission

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUNCOACH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RunCoach, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
  • We may delete your account and data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive
